With more than 30 years of experience in serving clients, managing organizations, and developing people, across a range of executive roles, Frank focuses now on sharing his experience and helping others to succeed in the context of their career challenges and opportunities.
While being convinced that everyone can learn a lot from making mistakes, Frank wants to ensure that he can be a true thinking partner to his clients, allowing them to learn from a variety of sources and perhaps avoiding a few mistakes along the way. Still being impressed with the stewardship principle he enjoyed during his entire career, both being at the receiving end and the giving end of stewardship, he is now deeply committed to giving back.
Frank spent more than 30 years at Accenture in the Munich office. He focused on project and program management for IT projects. He has worked across several industries (retail, automotive, consumer goods, life sciences), and his focus has been on banking and insurance. He held several leadership positions for Accenture in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany as well as Europe, including leading Accenture’s SAP and Technology practices and the nearshore delivery centers in Europe.
Frank has recently obtained a “certified board member” qualification from Deutsche Börse, opening the door to building a portfolio of non-executive director roles.
He graduated from TU Munich with a master’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in Economy. He spent 1.5 years in Chicago and some months in Sophia Antipolis (France) for project assignments.
Frank was born in Heilbronn and grew up near Ingolstadt. He is married and enjoys reading and spending time outdoors including photography and playing golf. On top, he likes getting back to his roots with Lego Technic.
