Sandra is a quick thinker and warm-hearted person. Trained as a systemic coach and equipped with a diverse set of assessment frameworks, Sandra uses a wide range of methodological approaches. With her strong analytical background, she supports her clients in strategic decision-making processes in complex situations with a strong sense of pragmatism, action orientation and focus on the essential.
Sandra studied Applied Mathematics and Operations Research in Bonn. She started her career in Academia. In 2005, she joined the Boston Consulting Group in Cologne for 9 years and started her family in that time. She has a DBVC accreditation as systemic coach and has delivered more than 3,000 coaching hours since then. In 2013, she moved to the US and started her first training & coaching business with a focus on leadership assessment and development of high potentials and young leaders. In 2020, she took a general management role in a non-profit organization to support education of underprivileged youth. In 2022, she started her second business with a partner focusing on large scale leadership programs to inspire conscious growth on a personal and business level.
Sandra lives in Munich with her three children and loves all kinds of outdoor activities in the surrounding area. She coaches in German and English. Enabling her clients to develop, grow and thrive on all levels of their being motivates her deeply.
