Dr. Christoph Müser has been working internationally as a management consultant with a focus on energy and technical services for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience in optimizing organizations and processes as well as in developing comprehensive and sustainable approaches for the strategic development and realignment of companies. He has also been involved as a start-up entrepreneur in the hospitality sector. Christoph holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and a PhD from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. In 2023, he completed his training as a coach at INSEAD.
His many years of experience in consulting companies in a wide range of industries allow Christoph to meet the challenges of executives with a high degree of sensitivity. He successfully combines this approach with his specific knowledge gained from comprehensive evaluation of management teams and intensive training at INSEAD.
Christoph began his career as an executive assistant at the former Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH. After completing his PhD, he joined Arthur D. Little in corporate consulting and focused on energy and technical services early in his career. Since 2005, he has been responsible for important key accounts and human resources as a partner at Roland Berger and managing director at Pöyry Management Consulting. In 2021, Christoph founded his own consulting company and has been working independently ever since.
Christoph is married and has 2 children. His daughter is studying medicine in Aachen and his son is still in school. A Labrador and a horse are also part of the family. Traveling with his family (if possible always with the dog, sometimes also with the horse) is important to Christoph and has already taken the family to some remote places in the world. In addition, he is involved as a treasurer in the Society of Friends and Sponsors of the Folkwang University of the Arts.
